This is considered a mid-level recruiter role. You have experience in recruitment along with working knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. You will support US hiring needs. What you’ll do: Manages 15-20 headcount needs at one time. Partners with hiring managers to understand current hiring needs. Ensures a positive candidate experience; collaborates with internal interview teams to train, advise, and deliver a consistently distinct and positive experience that reflects our values. Reviews internal candidates and applicant pool against role requirements; screens candidates and manages candidates throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle. Manages hiring team relationships and measures success against KPIs. Meets recruiter goals for time-to-fill, quality submissions, offer acceptance, and ATS hygiene. May participate and/or lead ad hoc team projects. What we expect from you: Experience supporting US hiring. 2-6 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in RPO Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations. A can-do, team mentality -- no task is too small and you’re willing to jump in when needed! Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks. Attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Critical thinking skills. Excellent decision-making skills. Good organizational skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
