The Role The Talent Acquisition Reports/Systems Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the operational effectiveness of the global talent acquisition team. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining our instance of JazzHR, customizing as needed, to drive efficiency and productivity of the talent acquisition team. In addition, you will manage all reporting and dashboards providing the team’s progress to date on active hiring needs, quarterly updates, and individual recruiter performance against team metrics. You will also perform a key role in compliance, ensuring our ATS usage is in compliance with US/local country requirements related to data privacy and EEO, and that the team is operating in compliance with our SOPs. What you’ll do: Understand TA leadership’s technology requirements and lead a range of JazzHR projects including system enhancements and customizations to ensure optimal usage and productivity related to the ATS. Stay abreast of all new functionality being released in JazzHR; evaluate functionality to determine its application to PartnerHero’s JazzHR instance and alignment with TA processes. Lead implementation of any JazzHR customization, including team training and modification to process documentation. Audit all job postings to ensure consistency with standard job description format and PartnerHero branding. Create and distribute regular recruitment trackers/reports to provide visibility into hiring progress/performance. Create dashboards to assist in monitoring the TA team’s progress against stated metrics. Produce weekly dashboards for TA leadership using BI tool. Work with PartnerHero BI team to develop a resource management platform that provides regular updates on internal resources available for deployment. Conduct regular audits of the recruitment process to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs). What we expect from you: 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience. Proficiency in HR technology systems such as JazzHR, Workday, Jobvite, or other ATS. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Advanced experience with Google suite or other reporting tool. Experience using Business Intelligence tools and creating recruiting dashboards. Attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Critical thinking skills. Excellent decision-making skills. Good organizational skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
