Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a CPA Financial Accountant and Management Accounting who will be working with our client based in Austrilia and will be working onsite in Sunnymede IT Centre, 1614 Quezon Ave, South Triangle, Quezon City. Our client is an Australian based Tax Practitioner that provides Specialized Tax Services, Business Advisory and Consulting Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with the client and instill confidence in the quality of their professional output. The main Accounting Packages use will be Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact in the Philippines for Australian clients, fostering strong relationships to support client service. Execute Financial Accounting and Management Accounting responsibilities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reporting, and other accounting tasks for the client. Demonstrate ownership and accountability in completing tasks promptly and effectively. Uphold meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, thereby enhancing business confidence. Ensure client compliance with relevant regulations and tax laws. Offer a diverse range of Accounting Software guidance. Provide clients and stakeholders with software recommendations to optimize service operations. Fulfill various Ad Hoc duties. Deliver sound financial advice to Clients and Stakeholders leveraging your business expertise. Undertake a broad spectrum of tasks both collaboratively within an international team and independently, demonstrating proactive initiative. QualificationsKey Selection Criteria and Knowledge: Soft Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Stakeholder Management as the primary client contact Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to effectively manage diverse relationships Understanding of appropriate communication methods based on the situation (e.g., email, phone, or in-person meetings) Technical Skills: Strong accounting and financial background and experience with a CPA background Proficiency in Financial Accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Debtor Management, Creditor Management, and Bank Reconciliations Experience in Management Accounting, including Monthly and Quarterly Reporting with detailed variance analysis Competency in various accounting software packages Strong IT background and experience Specific Skills (viewed favorably) Systems Accounting experience, History of overcoming IT problems and previously having written Policies and Procedures Why RecruitGo?
