Man the legal hotline during specified hours.Handle calls of varying complexity and duration, ranging from 2 minutes to over 10 minutes.Make appointments for calls backs and consultsPrepare and send costs agreements for all new clients and matters.Set up new matters/cases in the practice management tool (Actionstep).Attend to client calls and messages promptly.Forward inquiries and messages to the relevant personnel within the firm.Schedule client appointments as necessary.Enter client leads into the CRM system (Clio Grow). QUALIFICATIONS:Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) with a neutral accent.Preferably possess a legal background or currently studying law.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and composed during client interactions.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and practice management tools is advantageous.Willingness to undergo extensive training and mentorship provided by the firm.
