JOB DETAILManage day-to-day administrative tasks, website execution, and digital marketing strategies, working collaboratively with key departments to support the company's global wholesale and eCommerce operations.Generate order confirmations, setting up new retailers in the CRM system, tracking sales orders seasonally (administered by Monday.com), and managing the returns and credits process in Indigo8.Maintain customer data in CRM systems and Global Wholesale documents, communicating with wholesale clients, providing customer service to accounts worldwide, and managing seasonal stockist kits.Track and manage sample delivery, assisting with sales reporting and invoicing, maintaining the product catalogue, managing product enrichment, uploading eCommerce imagery, ensuring accurate product information, writing SEO-optimized product descriptions, conducting daily website merchandising, reporting on product returns, and performing daily site checks for content relevance and inventory accuracy.Assist with promotional activities, uploading content across various website pages, and managing the Foursixty account, which includes ensuring current imagery, linking posts to products, and updating client's community user-generated content.Collaborate with Head of Digital on email campaigns, populating a weekly sign-off document with email designs, conducting end-to-end testing of email campaigns, updating email flows with seasonal assets, and reporting on email channel performance.Test preview links for content optimization, attending regular meetings, and discussing ad performance for potential improvements. QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in eCommerce and digital environments.Interest in or experience in the fashion industry.Creative and commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong written communication and copywriting skills.High attention to detail.Experience with tools such as Shopify, social media platforms, and ESP (preferably Klaviyo).
