Job Description:RemoteVA PH is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Revit software, StruCalc Software, wood structure design, and New York State (NYS) building codes. You will be responsible for creating detailed construction documentation and contributing to innovative architectural designs.Key Responsibilities:-Develop architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit software.-Perform structural calculations and analysis with StruCalc Software.-Design and detail wood structures compliant with NYS building codes.-Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality architectural drawings.-Ensure all designs and documentation meet relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.-Review and analyze architectural plans for accuracy and compliance.-Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.Required Skills and Qualifications:-Proficiency in Revit software for architectural design and documentation.-Experience with StruCalc Software for structural calculations.-Strong knowledge of wood structure design and NYS building codes.-Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field.-Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and construction documentation.-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.-Strong communication and teamwork abilities.-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:-Professional licensure or certification in Architecture or Engineering.-Experience working on residential and commercial projects.-Familiarity with other architectural design software.Working Schedule-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST.-Work from home- Salary USD 700Monthlysend your CV and portfolio to: XXXX@gmail.comPowered by JazzHR
