ABOUT THE JOB: Open to Philippine residents ONLY!One of our US-based clients is looking to hire a Home Health Scheduler to manage, maintain, and update schedules for US-based medical/healthcare providers visiting patients' homes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Job duties may be modified based on experience and fit within the company. Admin tasks for the Diabetes Management Program (DM Power) Answer all calls for queries and information about the program Acquire internal leads/patients for DM Power Enroll patients in DM Power and RPM HTN (Relay and explain all necessary information) Update patients' charts and Salesforce Schedule patients for coach sessions and provider follow-ups Order all necessary supplies for DM Patients Initial device linking Troubleshoot devices, primarily for BP devices and occasionally for DM devices MUST HAVES: Experience with Diabetes Management Program (DM Power) is REQUIRED. Good communication skills (comfortable with phone calls, inbound & outbound) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Willingness to perform other related tasks as assigned Willingness to cross-skill Professional and courteous conduct Positive attitude and perseverance when challenged High commitment to being part of the team HIPAA compliance Tech-savvy and willing to learn new platforms Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Collaboration and effective team-playing skills Knowledge and experience in US Healthcare Must have own equipment/tools: PC/Laptop with at least an i3/Ryzen 3 processor and 8GB RAM Main internet service provider with a wired connection and a minimum of 25Mbps speed Backup internet service provider with at least 10Mbps for both upload and download speeds (wired or wireless) BENEFITS: ✨ Free HMO for the VA and one qualified dependent✨ Permanent and full-time WFH✨ PTOs✨ Client initiative incentives APPLICATION DETAILS: Please attach your resume and answer the following questions: Do you have experience in creating a Diabetes Management Program (DM Power)?
