As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable, financial records, and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, primarily using QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable Management: Handle all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoice creation, payment tracking, and resolving payment discrepancies. Invoice Processing: Assist in processing customer invoices and ensure timely and accurate billing. Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks, including accounts receivable transactions and general ledger entries. Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations to verify the accuracy of accounts receivable and account balances. Collections: Monitor outstanding accounts, follow up with customers on overdue payments, and negotiate payment plans when necessary. Reporting: Generate reports related to accounts receivable, such as aging reports and revenue summaries. Expense Management: Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies. Data Entry: Input financial data into accounting software accurately and efficiently. Support Audits: Assist in preparing documentation and records for financial audits. Ad Hoc Tasks: Collaborate with the finance team on special projects and additional tasks as required. Qualifications: Accounting Experience: Previous experience in accounts receivable or finance roles is preferred. QuickBooks Proficiency: Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for this role. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Tech-savvy: Comfortable using various accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
