RemoteVAPH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong background in QuickBooks Online. This is a full-time remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST. Job Description: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Handle billing inquiries and processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations. Manage phone communications efficiently, answering calls, addressing customer concerns, and directing calls to the appropriate departments as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using QuickBooks Online for all billing and financial tracking. Collaborate with other team members using Trello to manage tasks, projects, and workflows. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices.
