Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation. Collect and process new hire paperwork, maintaining accurate files. Enroll new hires in local payroll systems and monitor payroll bank status. Initiate offboarding procedures including updating systems and processing final paychecks. Address basic employee inquiries promptly and effectively. Handle HR and attendance concerns and questions. Support with the time keeping and payroll processing for the PH group. Provide guidance on statutory benefits and related inquiries. Administer benefits enrollment and address basic employee inquiries regarding benefits. Assist in data collection and basic analysis related to compensation and benefits. Ensure accuracy in timesheet submissions and address related inquiries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within assigned business units. Generate basic reports for various HR purposes. Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding the HRIS. Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies. And other task, duties, and responsibility that may be assigned to you from time to time related to your department or business need. Live by the ClearSource Core Values (Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy and Healthy) What ClearSource Needs from You Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Open to new graduates of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with relevant internship experience Open to new graduates of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with relevant internship experience At least 1 year of prior experience in HR roles or related administrative positions is preferred Experience with data management is preferred Understanding of HR processes, policies, and statutory regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Must be able to work on a night shift at Ortigas City Powered by JazzHR
