How you’ll make an impact As a Bookkeeper , you will play a pivotal role in the finance function's day-to-day operations by supporting the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting processes. What you’ll do Process Accounts Payable Ensure bank and credit card reconciliations are completed in a timely manner Manage and collect payments from customers, including first-round communications with slow paying customers Report balances to their working capital provider and ensure they maintain compliance with their ongoing reporting requirements Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer transactions and customer information Respond to customer and vendor queries Checking and adjusting discrepancies with payments received against invoices Update internal reporting to help both finance and the wider business make informed decisions Other ad-hoc tasks as required to keep the finance function running smoothly About you Critical Competencies Strong communication and rapport-building skills Exceptional organisational skills Ability to prioritise work and multi-task Ability to work both autonomously and within a team Great tech skills including ERP (they use Netsuite) and Microsoft Office Suites Experience Previous as a Book-keeper or Finance Officer Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Powered by JazzHR
