The Email Marketer and Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, as well as managing and growing our social media presence. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to create engaging content and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing: Campaign Development: Create, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our products/services, engage with our audience, and drive conversions. Content Creation: Write compelling email copy and design visually appealing email templates that align with our brand voice and marketing goals. Segmentation and Targeting: Develop and maintain email lists, ensuring accurate segmentation to deliver targeted messages to specific audience segments. Automation: Set up and manage email marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and enhance customer retention. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content, and send times. Analytics: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights for improvement. Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Social Media Marketing: Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn). Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to each social media platform. Scheduling and Posting: Plan and schedule social media posts using social media management tools to ensure a consistent posting schedule. Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our audience to build a strong online community. Campaign Management: Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to support marketing objectives and drive targeted traffic. Analytics: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement. Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in email marketing and social media management, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency. Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Creative Skills: Strong writing, editing, and design skills with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SEO and content marketing. Familiarity with CRM systems. Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
