Business Development Executive (Construction/Industrial Industry)Remote - Full TimeMondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with 1-hr unpaid breakIndependent ContractorUp to 70,000/month Job Responsibilities ● Drive sales performance through achieving individual sales goals.● Build and maintain effective relationships with key and potential clients.● Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business and deliver best-in-class customer service and compliance to credit policy● Respond to customer questions and provide solutions to their problems.● Develop proposals to customers for service and large scale supply agreements in coordination with the MSW management team.● Provide the Company with marketing/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility● Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.) Requirements: ● Graduate of any business-related courses or equivalent preferred.● Strong record of sales performance in B2B environment. Packaging and/or Industrial Products, Construction Industry is a big plus.● Extensive working experience in similar roles in a highly competitive sales environment.● Excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices.● Excellent communication skills both written/spoken in English, high ability to influence.● Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.● Highly analytical and problem-solving ability.● Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team.● Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.● Self-motivated, proactive, creative, and highly results-oriented.● Working knowledge of computer applications –PowerPoint/excel/word.● Familiarity in Zoho CRM Applications, Magento 2, and Call Tracking Metrics tools is a plus.Powered by JazzHR
