Business Development Representative (E-commerce/Digital Marketing Industry)Remote - Night ShiftDirect Hire - Full TimeUp to 50,000/month Duties and Responsibilities: ● Identify and research potential brands and businesses seeking support with their Amazon presence.● Prospect and reach out to decision-makers within target companies to introduce our agency services and assess their needs.● Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through outbound prospecting efforts, networking, and industry events.● Conduct consultations and presentations to educate prospects on our agency capabilities and tailor solutions to their specific requirements.● Collaborate with our agency team to create customized proposals and service packages based on client objectives.● Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients, achieving or exceeding sales targets.● Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.● Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and Amazon's policies to position our agency effectively.● Create engaging video content to capture the interest of potential clients, enticing them to schedule video conference calls with our Account Executives.● Conduct proactive account audits and develop concise videos outlining strategies to enhance sales and optimize Amazon listings.● Conduct email reach-outs and effectively manage communications to schedule prospective client interactions with our Account Executives.● Coordinate and schedule conference video calls, facilitating discussions between Account Executives and clients to explore growth opportunities by leveraging company's Commerce services. Requirements: Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management with 2-3 years of related experience, ideally within e-commerce, digital marketing, or agency services. Strong understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including Seller Central platform and PPC advertising strategies. Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English grammar and marketing copywriting. Ability to record video tutorials or audits to generate sales leads. Capable of managing appointments, handling email communication, and collaborating efficiently with Sales Managers/Account Executives. Motivated, driven, and tech-savvy individuals with strong problem-solving skills. Results-oriented and financially motivated, with a proactive, positive attitude. Coachable with an eagerness to produce videos for sales outreach. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to input potential leads into CRM systems and follow agency standards. Proficient in using MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking. Experience in building and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders in a collaborative and multicultural environment. Familiarity with Amazon operations and product/keyword research is an advantage. Advanced digital troubleshooting skills. Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a quiet area for communication. Bonus Points: ● Remote experience.● E-commerce experience (Walmart, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, etc.).● Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Hubstaff and Google Suites.● Have worked in a company whose customers are brands and sellers on Amazon.● Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and sales tools for lead management.Powered by JazzHR
