Description:
1. Provides training and information of the business policies and procedure.2. Assist in training, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.3. Participates and contributes in the Training needs which are assigned by the Franchise Relations Manager.4. Created training materials based on the training design which includes Franchise Manual Guides, Presentation Slides, and supplementary materials for all types of Training programs.5. Facilitates Train-the-Trainer Sessions regarding content and curriculum on the assigned Training Program.6. Mentors and guides all personnel on all customer satisfaction.7. Provides quickly and monthly reports to the Department Head regarding Training Performance, Analysis, Projects and Results.8. Identifies and assess future and current training needs. 9. To act as professional contact with clients for contractual matters.10. Develop and implement procedure and administration in compliance with company policy.11. Maintain contractual records and documentation such as customer information sheets.12. Ensure that all contracts are updated, signed, notarized and delivered to the client in a timely manner.13. Organize facilities and manage all events details and conduct pre-and-post event evaluations and report on outcomes.14. Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest.
