Franchise Relations Manager is the head of the Franchise Relations Department. Oversees and has the responsibility for all the activities in the franchise organization and can significantly contribute to the success of the business. JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Reports directly to the CEO/CFO of the Company.2. Must clearly understand the goals of the organization and develop a clear vision of exactly how efficiently run operations will help achieve them.3. Must have a clear set of guidelines which is aligned to the organizations long-term goals.4. Continually monitoring and improving the overall performance of the companys operation.5. Reducing departmental costs and increasing efficiency6. Creating a long-term customer and employees, which acknowledge the franchise business impact on the social, cultural and economic environment.7. Compilation of financial and performance data and reporting this data to the CEO/CFO of the Company8. Keeping comprehensive records of profits and losses as well as sales goals and expenses, is necessary in the assessment of the franchise organizations long-term viability.9. Improving communications by instituting company-wide standards, so that all team members understand how the organization operates and ensure that they follow those procedures.10. Develops more efficient ways for employees to do their jobs. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Managed daily franchise operations2. In charge of approving Cart Release Clearance Form, Cash Bond Release Form, Waiver to offset Food cart, Provincial Budget for Ocular and Monitoring purposes.3.In charge of signing Franchise Agreement Term4. Implemented efficient business practices5. Evaluated employee performances6. Reviewed and adjusted operating procedures as necessary7. Ensured compliance with franchise operating procedures8. Update franchise contracts in existence9. Manage relationship with existing franchisees.10. Ensure franchise agreement renewals, marketing fee, payment collection and keeping franchise agreements up to date with current legislation.
