1. Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or related field.2. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food service industry3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.5. Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management principles, and customer service best practices.6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment. 7. Have a keen eye for detail and enjoy optimizing processes to drive operational efficiency and profitability for our food kiosk, Cart or Store operations.9. Flexibility to travel to various locations within Metro Manila & Availability to work within extended working hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends) JOB SUMMARY 1. As a Business Operations Specialist for our food concept operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food kiosk, Cart and Store operations to ensure reliability, service oriented, efficiency, compliance and customer satisfaction.2. He/She will play a key role in managing operational processes, vendor relationships, inventory management, and staff training to support the success and growth of our food kiosk, Cart or Store business.3. Facilitate overall preparations from store construction prior to official date of store opening including validations of checklist, punch list, pre-opening store requirements, business licenses, Operating clearances, etc.4. The Business Operations Specialist must be keen and review regularly the Training Module, QA, Company Handbook & Performance Improvement Programs to determine each of the corresponding effectiveness.5. In addition, he/she should be able to assess the performance of operations and provide recommendations for improvement to all assigned stores.
