Position Overview: RecruitGo is in search of a Customer Experience Level 1 or Technical Helpdesk Support who will be working remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical customer service and support at a level of excellence to exceed the customer’s expectations. Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone proficient in written and spoken English, who possesses strong hosting and itinerary planning skills for clients, and who exhibits a positive attitude with good customer service abilities. Responsibilities: Customer Focused: This person will serve as the front line to the 6000 customers. This will involve managing customer inquiries and helping customers. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively listen and communicate with customers and the internal. Learning Ability : Candidates must be quick learners. Knowledge of our core software and the ancillary products is a must to effectively support existing and new customers. Looking for a proven ability to learn various ideas, backgrounds, and concepts. Picks up a new concept quickly. Teamwork: Our team is a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We are looking for individuals who will be proactive and take the lead in solving the customer's technical issues while partnering well with critical functions such as Customer Service and Marketing. Qualifications: 2-3+ years of technical help desk experience Strong Customer focus orientation. Strong problem-analysis and problem-solving skills Effective at implementing processes and procedures Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be high energy with a results-driven personality Ability to form positive relationships Why RecruitGo? Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07.00 AM - 4.00 PM US Pacific Standard Time. 1 hour of lunch break 12.00-13.00 Pacific Standard Time. 40 hours per week.
