You’ll convert pre-qualified leads into new clients and turn existing customers into repeat business. Responsibilities: • Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us• Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information• Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met• Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers Qualifications: • Must possess a real estate license• Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car• Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred• +1 year of experience generating real estate leads• Must have great communication and interpersonal skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• At least one year of real estate sales experience• Customer service skills• Real estate knowledge• Strong organizational skills• Time management skills• Team player Compensation: $3 - $4 hourly About Company: Real Estate Homeselling Team is a fast-growing real estate team serving the greater Toronto area.
