Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a Technical Marketing and SEO Specialist who will be working with our client based in the US. Our client is the Digital Marketing Industry. In this role, you are responsible for implementing and managing tracking technologies, conducting technical SEO audits, and ensuring seamless data integrity across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, particularly in tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and will be adept at optimizing websites for both user experience and search engine visibility. Additionally, this specialist will collaborate with various teams to align content creation with SEO goals and provide training on best practices for tracking and SEO. Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone whose strong problem-solving ensures data accuracy. Effective communication aids collaboration and client interaction. Experienced in training on tracking technologies. Responsibilities: Technical Setup and Management: Implement and manage tracking scripts, tags, pixels, and other marketing technologies (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics). Conduct regular audits to ensure tracking accuracy and data integrity. Assess and optimize the interaction of marketing technologies across client websites and advertising channels. Collaborate with web developers to resolve technical issues affecting SEO and tracking. Technical SEO: Perform technical SEO tasks, including optimizing meta tags, titles, and on-page content. Conduct site audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues (e.g., site speed, mobile responsiveness, and proper indexing). Implement schema markup and other advanced SEO techniques. Ensure proper internal linking and resolve issues with orphaned pages and broken links. Content Creation: Develop and publish blog posts and content focused on relevant topics to enhance SEO and user engagement. Ensure content is optimized for SEO, including keyword integration and proper formatting. Collaborate with the content team to align content creation with SEO goals. Data Analysis and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics platforms to track and report on campaign performance. Generate detailed reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to inform SEO strategy. Collaboration and Training: Work closely with development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on tracking and reporting requirements. Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of tracking technologies and best practices. Communicate with clients to explain technical issues and SEO recommendations clearly. Qualifications Technical Expertise: Proficiency in managing marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Strong experience with tracking scripts, tags, and pixels. Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, site audits, and page speed optimization. Analytical Skills: Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Conducting thorough competitor analysis and keyword research. Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical issues. High attention to detail to ensure tracking accuracy and data integrity. Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly. Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with various teams and communicate with clients. Collaboration Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in providing training and support to internal teams on tracking technologies and best practices. Nice to have: Certifications: Google Analytics Certification. HubSpot Certification or other relevant marketing technology certifications. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic troubleshooting and collaboration with web developers. Experience with other SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Content Creation: Experience in creating SEO-optimized content. Basic knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Project Management: Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Additional Marketing Tools: Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization tools. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems. Why RecruitGo?
