Provide Technical SN SAM Pro platform support to identify technical platform infrastructure and integration issues with data sources, identify root cause and engage relevant teams for resolution Monitor and maintain adapters, integrations, schedule jobs, and system tasks in SN SAM Pro Troubleshoot SN SAM Pro platform issues and escalate to platform vendor Perform customization activities in terms of custom license metrics, custom part numbers, creating pattern normalization and reclamation rules Experienced in creating SaaS integrations and resolving technical gaps Note: SAM tool lead can possess overlapping skills of SAM Publisher lead and will be an advantage Certification: Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM), CIS (SAM Pro implementation) – Nice to have Send your CV’s to XXXX@peopleplustech.com Powered by JazzHR
