Role Overview: They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join their dynamic team.As a key member of their development team, you will play a vital role in building and enhancing our mobile application using Flutter. While prior experience with backend development (particularly .NET) and frontend development (Angular) is advantageous, a strong focus on Flutter expertise is paramount. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable mobile applications using Flutter Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces Integrate mobile applications with backend services and databases Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve development processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Proven experience in mobile application development with Flutter, with a minimum of 3 years of experience Strong understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter framework Experience with backend development, particularly .NET, is a plus Experience with frontend development technologies such as Angular is advantageous Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively Not afraid to challenge the status quo and voice ideas and concerns openly Willingness to provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner.
