About Us: We are a leading provider of retail ecommerce solutions, committed to driving innovation and excellence in the industry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Presales/Partner Manager to join our Philippine team. This role will be pivotal in driving our sales efforts, providing technical expertise, and managing strategic partnerships to achieve business growth, with a specific focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives Identify and pursue new business opportunities Prepare and present proposals to prospects and partners Presales Activities: Collaborate with the global sales team to understand client requirements and propose innovative solutions. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our retail ecommerce systems, with an emphasis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Act as a subject matter expert on martech platforms, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the sales cycle. Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Identify and onboard new partners to expand the company’s market reach. Collaborate with partners to co-create solutions and drive joint sales initiatives. Ensure alignment between partner activities and company objectives. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on sales and partnership strategies. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales, presales, or partner management roles, preferably in the Martech industry. Deep understanding of retail ecommerce systems and platforms, with specific expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
