You’ll design learning solutions that are engaging, fun, and most importantly, build those capabilities needed to enable our people to create a better future. Work Schedule: 40 Hours in a week | In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. Responsibilities: Creating innovative learning solutions for sales, products, customer service, and employee development. Resourcing learning initiatives with internal and external training experts. Handling vendor and contractor relationships. Evaluating program efficiency and continuously improving our solutions. Managing the archive of learning programs and materials. Developing learning content for all workgroups within both VCG Service and Sales channels. Leveraging a variety of training modalities including eLearning, Performance Support, and Virtual Instructor Led. Supporting new hire, continuing education, and career progression development. Identifying synergy for related content across all VCG channels. Designing pre and post-class activities to promote optimal learning. Facilitating/delivering content as part of the program pilot process. Managing training readiness processes for instructor-led programs. Exploring alternative deliverable types including micro-learning, video, and reinforcement to engage the modern learner and drive retention. Evaluating learning effectiveness by conducting measurement studies post-training. Requirements: You’re energized by discovering the best new learning approaches and applying them to create engaging learning programs. You seek feedback and understand the importance of continuous improvement. You gain satisfaction from meeting key learning objectives and seeing the impact of a strong learning program. You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience. One or more years of training design and/or facilitation experience. Experience with project management. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development or Business Administration. A Master’s degree or complimentary certificates (CTT+, CRP). Consulted with HR professionals and their business clients. Leadership experience in any wireless or wireline channel as well as any Service or Sales channels. Strong working knowledge of clients' systems, resources, and processes. Experience with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Photoshop, Adobe Connect platform, and virtual delivery. Experience working in an Agile project management workflow. Experience working with IT systems development and the Jira platform. Experience authoring performance support materials, specifically using the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. Successful completion of the following programs or equivalent: TEACH, Experiential Facilitation Techniques, The client's Virtual Trainer.
