The Sales Lead will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth in a startup environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and skilled in both traditional and modern sales techniques. We're a small, fast-growing startup on the lookout for versatile team members ready to dive into new skills like fine tuning processes and crafting business policies. You'll be a key player in our core team, driving processes and development. Success here means thriving under pressure and nailing the details. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: Starting salary of 60,000 PHP/month , with commissions as high as 100 Canadian dollars per sale (4,292 PHP) (received on a 30-90 day staggered basis) Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home Paid Time Off: Paid leaves and holidays to recharge and relax Health Benefits: Enroll insurance plans from the HMOs of your choice Growth Opportunities: Training programs to boost your skills Mentorship: Access to mentor programs for career development Rewards: Milestone recognition and bonus programs Performance Bonuses: Earn extra for your outstanding work Results We Expect: Set a specific number of meetings with potential clients for your weekly/monthly target Qualify a set number of leads based on predefined criteria on a weekly/monthly basis Present the sales strategy to the team every quarter Generate detailed sales reports on pre-set intervals to track progress and identify areas for improvement Your Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to attract new clients Identify high-potential clients and conduct manual client outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings Schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients and track outreach activities Use Data Management tools to store client information Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to attract new clients Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth Set and achieve sales targets, develop systems and/or procedures to optimize sales operations Provide regular updates and reports to the Managing Director on sales metrics Initiate, develop, and execute projects to further enhance sales performance Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a client outreach role Must be amenable to work in a graveyard shift (9AM-6PM Eastern Daylight Time) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience working with US-based/Canada-based or off-shore clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills/ english proficiency Experience working on a Graveyard Shift Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own Preferred Skills: Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries Experience in growing client base for Startups Knowledge of digital marketing and social media outreach techniques Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools The helloassist Values Adaptability We lead with empathy and take care of one another.
