Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the designated department. Act as a liaison between team members, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication. Assist with project management tasks, including task tracking, timeline monitoring, and coordinating project-related activities. Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that information is up-to-date and readily accessible. Conduct research on various topics, competitors, and industry trends as required by the department. Review and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Deliver high-quality work within designated timelines, meeting or exceeding departmental expectations. This might describe you: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a track record of supporting international clients. Experience in project management Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Slack, G Suite Comfortable working in EU time zone Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
