Join GrowthAssistant as a Shipping & Logistic Assistant! We are looking for a Shipping & Logistic Assistant to join our team. This teammate will facilitate the end-to-end process of inbound/outbound shipment. Salary Range : PHP 50,000 - 80,000 per month Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results. The Benefits Work Set-up: Permanent Work From Home Bonuses: Attendance Bonus of $ 25 for every monthly perfect attendance Performance Bonus Anniversary Bonus of PHP 5,000 for your 1st year in service and PHP 10,000 for 2 years in service Referral Bonus of $ 300 for every successful referral Holiday Paid Time Off (PTO) for 7 days in a year Paid Time Offs (PTO) for 6 days in a year Prepaid Health Card The Role Coordinating inbound and outbound freight Manage inbound shipments to DTC center Familiar with BOL Enter information into 3PL system Keeping documents and POs organized for any discrepancy claims Coordinating logistics via email/phone with refrigerated freight carriers (booking freight, monitoring deliveries, rescheduling if needed) Work with operations team for scheduling needs Data entry for the manufacturing team into our ERP system (Cin7) (follow process to log info from production runs) Work closely with manufacturing and logistics teams Follow checklist/template instructions to support fulfillment processes Answer queries via email, calls, and other communication platforms with templated responses Respond to communications promptly Escalate inquiries when necessary Support order management process - client to provide training on the system The Requirements: Experience with ERP like Netsuite or similar tool (Cin7 preferred) Google Sheets and Drive experience; experience in Google Suite Experience with B2B freight shipping Basic experience with Asana or other project mgt. tool Basic understanding of Shopify store and inventory (3PL managing shipments here) Excellent English verbal and written Experience with Slack Should be extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, proactive, resourceful, team player, and complete deliverables on time Ability to work in any timezone in the US or graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
