Senior Graphic Designer (Motion Graphics Preferred) We’re looking for a hands-on, seasoned graphic designer with 6+ years of experience concepting and executing graphic design across web, print, and packaging. With an academic and/or strong professional background in graphic design and technical acumen (e.g., Adobe Suite, etc.), you will be a critical part of growth by delivering branded content that encapsulates our brand. This role will report to the Associate Creative Director and will execute the creation and deployment of several critical marketing asset categories across both paid and owned (e.g., website, organic social) channels. 80% Graphic design, 20% art direction.Mandatory: A detailed portfolio that demonstrates design knowledge and execution.Mandatory: demonstrates up-to-date knowledge and work of modern consumer design trends. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with Creative Director on graphic requests.Create high-quality graphics and visual assets across various digital platforms, including social media, blog, website, email, and digital advertising campaigns. Concept and execute print packaging designs, retail end cap mockups, renderings, and marketing materials.Retouch and resize product and lifestyle imagery. Conduct quality control checks to ensure design accuracy (spelling included) and adherence to the brief, and brand guidelines, resolving any issues as needed.Ensure designs are optimized for various screen sizes and devices, including desktop, mobile, and tablet, to provide a seamless user experience across platforms.Organize, archive, and maintain a library of assets, ensuring accessibility and version control for use by internal teams.QUALIFICATIONS6+ years of design experience (with 3+ years for a retail/ CPG brand).Exceptional design aesthetic, excellent graphic design, and acutely aware of design trends/ innovations.Strong communication skills & design sensibility. Understanding of how composition, information hierarchy, color theory, and typography work together to drive home a message.Worked in a cross-functional, high-volume production environment with the ability to accommodate strategy shifts.You have demonstrated success through excellent asset & project management, hitting deadlines, and creating assets that drive company growthYou can easily follow creative direction, welcome constructive feedback, iterate on designs, and ensure alignment with project requirements and objectives.You have advanced typographical skills Expertise in the following programs: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive)Nice to have: Motion graphics or video editing experienceExperience using project management tools such as AsanaPowered by JazzHR
