Responsibilities: • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. • Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct• Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information Qualifications: • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred Compensation: $3 - $4 hourly About Company: We are a top Property Management & Real Estate company in San Francisco, California expanding into multiple areas of Real Estate.
