We seek a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Support / Document Management Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing client templates in electronic signature software, field mapping from CRM for document generation, maintaining and updating records, and handling data entry and cleanup projects. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Template Management: Create, manage, and update client templates in electronic signature software.• Field Mapping: Map fields from CRM to Document Management System to ensure accurate and efficient document generation.• Record Management: Maintain and update records to ensure data integrity and compliance.• Data Entry: Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks as required.• Data Cleanup: Identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring data quality and consistency.• Technical Support: Support team members and clients with document control processes and software.• Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations.• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.• Support: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to document management systems or processes. Qualifications:• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of electronic signature software and CRM systems.• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and data entry.• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data issues.• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and support.• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new technologies. Qualifications: • Education: A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field is preferred.• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, particularly with document control and technical support.• Technical Skills: Proficiency in electronic signature software (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign), CRM systems, Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.• Certifications: Relevant certifications in document control, data management, or CRM systems are a plus.
