Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiting Coordinator to join our team on a remote, part-time contract basis. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Senior Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and schedule candidates for technical assessments. This role is perfect for someone passionate about recruitment and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Candidates: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screening Candidates: Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Scheduling Assessments: Coordinate with candidates and the Senior Technical Recruiter to schedule technical assessments and interviews. Candidate Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Technical Recruiter to understand hiring needs and provide support as required. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry. Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Tech Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, job boards). Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively in a remote environment.
