GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Senior SEM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our brands' online advertising efforts. Leveraging your extensive experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, particularly in Search and Display, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and executing paid search ad campaigns to maximize profitability and performance.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with a growing brand and wants continuous learning and growth during their career. Growth Assistant benefits include: 🏠 Work-from-home setup🎉 Paid holidays💼 Health insurance🏖️ PTO📚 Training opportunities The Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST The Role: Build / optimize / load paid search ad campaigns Execute and optimize paid ad campaigns across paid search on a day-to-day basis to maximize profitable performance for the brands Monitor key metrics across paid channels including budget pacing, CPA, CVR, and CAC Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction / parameters Manage administrative / data entry touchpoints (Google Tags, UTM setup, etc.) Provide reporting and dashboarding on campaign performance Execute validation and optimization testing per client directive Assist writing and iterating on role-related SOPs The Requirements: 3+ years of Google ads campaign management experience (Search and Display) Working / navigational knowledge of Google Analytics platform Intermediate Excel / Sheets capabilities Data experience for campaign review and analysis Great verbal and written English communication skills Collaborative and willing to listen to and try out new ideas Open-minded and always asking questions Ability to work EST The Compensation: ₱55,000 to ₱95,000/month Powered by JazzHR
