Research and resolve client requests for assistance or trouble shooting in the use of the VASP applications and refer more complex & unresolved problems to E-Konek Helpdesk and/or senior technical staff; Answer satisfactorily clients or prospective clients inquiries regarding operations of the VASP from Marketing to Billing/Collection matters; Monitor problems from client calls and by maintaining trouble logs or Issues through the DNA System. Conducts and supervises hands-on initial and refresher trainings for customer users including procedures involved whenever needed, as in change of business unit or deployment of new versions of the numerous VASP Application Software or other E-Konek products and services.
