RECRUITERS ACCREDITATION NO. 10072318 Qualifications Registered Nurse Preferably with Local and Overseas Staff Nurse experience Preferably with teaching experience Good written and verbal communication skills Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong office Responsibilities Design materials to prepare applicants for their employer interview Conduct mock clinical interviews with candidates shortlisted for employer interviews Attend meetings with the Operations Team to discuss Recruitment Managers' needs from partner employers, gaining understanding of client’s manpower requirements Collaborate with the Operations Department to market clients' manpower needs from a Nursing perspective Familiarize with current online platforms frequently visited by Nurses to understand their application behavior Engage with various Nurse organizations to understand industry issues and explore opportunities for Abba's involvement in promoting the Nursing profession and curriculum Establish relationships with Senior High Schools to promote Nursing as a future profession Foster connections with Universities offering Nursing programs and participate in yearly career talks about the Nursing profession Collect feedback from select candidates after each campaign to evaluate the adequacy of pre-interview preparation and identify areas for improvement in future campaigns Powered by JazzHR
