THE ROLE : We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Performance Marketer to join our team and spearhead our marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital marketing, focusing on performance-driven strategies to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition. This 100% remote role is crucial for achieving our ambitious growth targets, increasing our market share in Australia and establishing a strong foothold in the US market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead performance marketing initiatives to drive growth and engagement through paid media channels, focusing on maximizing Cost Per Lead and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage all performance marketing channels, including paid social, display, video, and search with hands-on, day-to-day oversight of direct response activities. Collaborate with creative, sales, and operations teams to achieve common goals in attracting and retaining clients. Stay updated on and leverage emerging channels and marketing technologies. Continuously test, analyze and optimize performance to meet KPIs. Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis to inform strategic decision-making. KPIs : Sales qualified leads Cost Per Lead IDEAL CANDIDATE : At least 5 years of experience in a performance marketing role, managing strategy and execution on social, search or other performance-oriented channels. Exceptional analytical and reporting skills to identify opportunities within complex data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, etc. Experience in budget management and making recommendations on budget allocation based on channel performance. Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize high-impact activities. Passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Critical thinker, detail-oriented, and self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Positive attitude and creativity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. B2B marketing experience or understanding of ecommerce businesses is a bonus.
