What You’ll Be Doing: This position serves as key support for a senior leader to ensure efficient and effective performance of overall department’s contribution to the broader organization. Supports alignment of department practices with the company’s mission, improving execution, addressing day to day challenges, long term team strategy, and project execution for the department. Responsible for internal and external facing content creation including executive summaries and visuals for key projects and initiatives. Supports leader by handling a variety of designated tasks in support of business needs. Roles and Responsibilities: Works closely with senior executives, attends and helps create content for executive meetings, and organizes strategic project information. Content creation for internal and external audiences. Synthesize complex processes and situations into meaningful strategic and visual content. Support development of processes that govern employee activities and engagement across the organization. Provide hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress, including determining key performance indicators and how to measure team performance. Identify areas of improvement across the organization and making actional recommendations. Support execution of identified projects to improve department efficiency and effectiveness. May attend meetings on behalf of or with the executive leader to write notes for them and lead execution on deliverables. Responsible for filtering and summarizing key information for executive leader consumption.  Assist in schedule management and prioritization. Interacts with all employees in a respectful manner.  Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree (healthcare allied course is an advantage) At least 5 years of US healthcare experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Exposure to Project Management process is a plus. Knowledge of healthcare industry and/or operational management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to synthesize complex content into easy-to-understand visual stories and executive summaries. Strong time management skills; ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Problem solving skills; must be adept at resolving issues that arise, resolve conflicts, identify and implement solutions to meet organizational objectives. Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions. Proven success in project coordination role. Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite with heavy use of PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams required and ability to quickly learn new software applications. Able to navigate in a corporate matrix environment.
