Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - 48,000 Responsibilities: Relationship Building & Account Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, leveraging expertise and strategic insights to drive client satisfaction and retention. Manage a portfolio of complex client accounts, overseeing all aspects of client relationships, including upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals. Lead meetings and presentations with clients, demonstrating expert communication and negotiation skills. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring timely resolution. Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of client projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and deadlines. Provide strategic input and direction to project teams, leveraging industry expertise to drive successful project outcomes. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project workflows and resource allocation. Sales Support: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets, collaborating with sales and marketing teams as needed. Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, maximizing profitability while maintaining strong client relationships. Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and objectives. Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team goals. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting accountability, creativity, and professional development. Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the team. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, leveraging team strengths and expertise to optimize performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive growth and development. Set clear goals and expectations for the team, aligning with organizational objectives and KPIs. Organization & File Management: Establish and maintain robust systems for organizing client files and documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. Implement best practices and standards for file management and data security within the team. Pitches and Presentations: Lead the development and delivery of high-impact pitches and presentations to clients, showcasing agency capabilities and solutions. Provide strategic input and direction during creative ideation sessions and strategy development. Industry Knowledge Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments in advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries. Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients, internal teams, and the broader organization based on industry expertise. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Team performance metrics, including client satisfaction ratings, revenue growth, and profitability of client accounts. Individual and team goals achievement, aligned with organizational objectives and KPIs. Timeliness and quality of project deliverables, project success rates, and client retention. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated success in leadership and team management roles, preferably in a creative or digital marketing agency environment. Proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing and empowering team members. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others. Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on driving successful project outcomes. Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and advanced project management software. Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and solve complex problems. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving client success.
