- Heavy on backend - Target those that are already on a senior level- Can endorse developers whose main programming language is not Python as long as they've handled it as well (substitutes are: Java, .Net, or GoLang)- Don't endorse candidates with only Typescript or Javascript experience- RESTful architecture experience (developing, consuming, and troubleshooting REST API)- With experience in at least one of the frameworks: Django, Flask or FastAPI- If no frameworks experience but with RESTful architecture exp, we can endorse- Non-nego: threading limitations in Python and multi-process architecture- Non-nego: developing and deploying solutions in Cloud Framework (preferably Azure but open for AWS, GCP) Open budget as long as you have all the needed qualifications!
