Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the specified timeframes and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience managing projects in a dynamic environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent. A minimum of five years' experience in the IT/software industry in Project Management role, preferably in a technology or software development environment. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, meeting deadlines and budget requirements. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
