Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Vendor Relationship Manager based in Makati. The Vendor Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the company's logistics vendors, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality logistics service delivery. Daily tasks include vendor selection and evaluation, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance (vendor KPI), resolving issues, and fostering collaboration with vendors to drive continuous improvement.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAt least 3 years and above experience in vendor development andmanagement roleProven experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts, logistics vendors experience will be preferredKnowledge of logistics and supply chain managementAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong negotiation and influencing skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProficiency in English is a must, Proficiency in Chinese will be a plusBachelor's degree or abovePowered by JazzHR
