Job Title: Reward Relationship Manager Position Type: Full-time Location: Manila, Philippines (Hybrid) Salary Range: PHP 150,000 to 200,000 monthly + benefits Job ID#: 139489 Responsibilities: Manage and sustain the relationship between company rewards and local e-wallets to enhance traffic to company rewards. Sell rewards to new platforms such as e-wallets and bank apps, including mini-programs, H5 solutions, widgets, and more. Onboard merchants to the rewards program, encompassing voucher sales, co-marketing initiatives, and offline events. Support the operations team in collaborating with local e-wallets and bank apps for daily marketing, traffic growth, and customer service operations. Requirements: Diploma in E-commerce or finance-related fields. More than 5 years of experience in business development positions. Strong local market connections are preferable. Possess general business software Knowledge and the ability to learn new applications. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Tagalog to communicate with native-speaking stakeholders.
