GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Social Media Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll plays a crucial role in driving successful advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram). They are responsible for setting up, optimizing, and managing paid social ad campaigns to achieve business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising metrics, the ability to analyze campaign performance data, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with account teams and clients. The specialist will also be adept at budget management, A/B testing, and staying updated on industry best practices.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with a growing brand and wants continuous learning and growth during their career. Close monitoring of campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimization strategies accordingly. Proactively suggesting new optimization practices to account teams. Analyzing data trends to optimize campaigns across Meta platforms. Creating and analyzing reports in Google Sheets/Excel for daily, weekly, and monthly client reporting. Testing new ad copy and assets to improve campaign performance. Assisting in the development of new marketing channels/platforms as needed. Collecting ad content, assets, and copy from various marketing teams. Consistently communicating with account teams through Slack, email, and video calls. The Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in setting up and improving paid social ad campaigns on Meta. Familiarity with key metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPM, and the ability to calculate them. Skilled in creating new reports on Excel or Google Sheets to display paid media trends across campaigns. Expertise in interpreting Meta platform data and offering proactive recommendations to account teams/clients for campaign adjustments. Monitoring and optimizing daily, weekly, and monthly ad spend budgets ranging from $10k to $100k. Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach to daily communication. The Compensation: ₱55,000 to ₱85,000/month Powered by JazzHR
