Salary Range: PHP 60,000 - 100,000 per month Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results. The Benefits Work Set-up: Permanent Work From Home Bonuses: Attendance Bonus of $ 25 for every monthly perfect attendance Performance Bonus Anniversary Bonus of PHP 5,000 for your 1st year in service and PHP 10,000 for 2 years in service Referral Bonus of $ 300 for every successful referral Holiday Paid Time Off (PTO) for 7 days in a year Paid Time Offs (PTO) for 6 days in a year Prepaid Health Card The Role Data Management : Sort, scrub, tag, clean, and de-dupe data sets to maintain accurate reporting. Data Reporting : Work within Looker Studio to build reports and dashboards integrating data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Domo, HubSpot, and other channels. Data Extraction : Review and extract extensive data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including landing page views and clicks. Ad Spend Data Collection : Gather client data from ad spend accounts (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, Bing, etc.) and consolidate it into Google Sheets. Performance Analysis : Analyze channel and program performance data to identify marketing trends and key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, etc. Data Integration : Move data from various sources (primarily Google Sheets and software tools) into templated client-facing collateral, requiring some light design and critical thinking. Report Creation : Build new reports from scratch based on detailed guidelines from clients, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Creative Inspiration Boards : Monthly creation of 5+ new ad creative inspiration boards using Foreplay.co, leveraging provided data and workflow training. Custom Boards : Create custom ad creative inspiration boards using the same data upon request. Presentation Preparation : Beautify specific content and data for client presentations. Influencer Reports : Generate Influencer Partner reports and identify potential influencer partnership candidates for clients. Social Media Insight : Understand the basics of social media and the influencer ecosystem. Website Tagging : Review new customer websites and assign relevant tags for internal reporting. Regular Reporting : Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports consistently. Provide weekly reports on various data sets (15+ a week). Communication and Collaboration : Analyze data trends and communicate findings verbally and in writing to cross-functional internal team members via reports, meetings, and communication channels (i.e., Slack, Monday.com, Zoom). Report Validation : Validate and troubleshoot existing reports to ensure data and logic accuracy. Ad-Hoc Analysis : Perform other ad-hoc data analysis tasks as needed. The Requirements Experience : 4+ years in complex data analysis and reporting. Technical Skills : 2+ years of experience building reports and dashboards within Looker Data Studio. 2+ years of experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint. Experience with Domo, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and similar platforms is strongly preferred. Report Generation : Proven ability to generate ad-hoc reports and dashboards from scratch. Efficiency : Ability to quickly pull reports, consolidate data, and deliver actionable insights from spreadsheets. Marketing Acumen : Strong understanding of marketing/advertising terminologies and concepts such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion, etc. Scripting Skills : Experience with Python or SQL scripting is nice to have. Analytical Growth : Ability to grow into performing analysis per client parameters. Communicator : Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) Behavioral Traits : Detail-oriented, highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and prompt in completing deliverables. Time-Zone Friendly : Ability to work in any timezone in the US or graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
