They use technology to revolutionise the bridging loan experience and provide a solution fit for the expectation of today's customer. About the Role Our client is looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to help them grow a new industry leadingproperty lending brand. In this role you will work on building and developing our clients brand,being responsible for web development and management.They are looking for someone who has advanced knowledge and a specialist skill set inWebflow, a passion for creativity and will utilise your design and development skills totransform concepts into responsive web designs. The successful candidate for this rolewill join a fast-paced, high potential business in its early days. You will be part of building abrand and driving change in the industry. In this role, you will: ● Work on designing and developing web pages and digital assets using Webflow.● Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to ensure the technicalfeasibility of UI/UX designs.● Integrate third-party services and APIs as required for enhanced functionality.● Implement responsive designs to optimise web assets for various devices.● Maintain and update the existing website, prioritising performance and security.● Innovate and implement solutions to elevate user experience and site functionality.● Apply SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and rankings. This includesthe creation of new SEO landing pages.● Stay updated with the latest webflow product releases, reports and managewebsite bugs.● Apply best practice for scalability and long term website management● Efficiently manage time and prioritise tasks to meet project deadlines. Your impact: ● Consistently achieve high website performance metrics, including rapid loadingtimes and reduced bounce rates.● Deliver visually captivating and user-friendly web designs and landing pages thatenhance overall user experience.● Successfully integrate new features and functionalities in alignment with businessobjectives.● Ensure website compatibility across diverse browsers and devices.● Contribute to increased web traffic and higher conversion rates. Role requirements: ● 5+ years of webflow and website development experience.● Proven proficiency in custom Webflow development and design.● Familiarity with API integration techniques.● Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.● Experience with cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.● Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.● Attention to detail with the ability to translate design mock-ups into interactivedigital experiences.● Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.● Familiarity with A/B testing for website optimization.● Knowledge of web accessibility standards.● Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.● Exceptional time management for task prioritisation.● Desirable: A robust portfolio showcasing prior Webflow projects.● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related fieldpreferred, but not required.
