Our client is hiring for a Creative Designer/ Art Director who will join their fast growing team. About our client : Our client is a non-bank lender operating in the fintech category. They fill a gap left by traditional lenders and use technology to revolutionise the lending experience and provide a solution fit for today's modern consumer. Less than a year after launch, they passed $1 billion in loan applications, and this is just the start! About the Role: We're looking for a skilled Art Director/Designer to join our client's team and contribute to the growth of an industry-leading property lending brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual communication, exceptional design skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality visual content. Joining our client's fast-paced, high-potential business in its early stages, you will play a pivotal role inbuilding their brand and driving innovation in the industry. This position will sit within the MarketingDepartment, reporting into the Marketing Manager. The specifics: ● Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling design material across digital channels, print channels and business documentation.● Ensuring all designed material aligns with the brand guidelines, and identifying opportunities to creatively build on the guidelines as the brand grows.● Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.● Proactively seek opportunities to push the boundaries of design and bring fresh ideas to the team.● Ability to output design assets and support with general business marketing collateral, including presentation and pdf forms● BAU and adhoc design requirements for the brand across departments. Role Requirements: ● 5 years + working in a creative/design role, producing print and digital material● Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and solutions.● Strong skills using the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma● Ambitious individual who wants to build a brand from the ground up and be part of a growing business● Positive attitude to the day to day with proficiency in EnglishYour commitment to excellence, creativity and teamwork, along with your willingness to create and take on opportunities will secure your future with this dynamic and growing team.
