Job Title: Social Channel Leader Position Type: Full-time/Permanent Location: Makati, Philippines - Hybrid Salary Range: PHP 250K-300K per month Job ID#: 138965 About the job: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Channel Leader to oversee our platform presence for our online retail business. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing the online store strategy, driving sales and profitability, optimizing product listings, and improving the overall customer experience. This role provides an exciting opportunity to significantly expand our e-commerce presence and maximize growth on one of the world's largest online marketplaces. Responsibilities: Develop and implement the online store strategy aligned with business goals and objectives. Define product assortment, pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and profitability. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and marketplace dynamics to identify growth opportunities. Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to enhance search visibility, conversion rates, and sales performance. Conduct keyword research, analyze customer reviews and feedback, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve product listings and the customer shopping experience. Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage product replenishment to ensure availability and minimize stockouts or overstock situations. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to streamline inventory management and optimize fulfillment operations. Analyze sales performance, traffic trends, conversion rates, and other key metrics to track progress and identify improvement areas. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management for data-driven decision-making. Ensure a positive customer experience on the online store platform by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer feedback and reviews. Collaborate with customer service teams to address concerns, improve satisfaction levels, and build brand loyalty. Stay informed of policies, guidelines, and requirements to ensure compliance with terms of service, product regulations, and intellectual property rights. Monitor account health metrics, address performance issues or violations promptly, and implement corrective actions to maintain a healthy and sustainable online store presence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce and online retail, focusing on managing online stores and driving sales growth. Strong understanding of online store platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with hands-on experience in product listing optimization, inventory management, and sales performance analysis. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and e-commerce analytics platforms, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners. Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business objectives.
