Up to 70k As the team leader, you will be managing a team of content writers, guiding them in creating high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with our business goals. Your responsibilities include overseeing the SEO content strategy to enhance organic search performance and utilizing strong analytical skills for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in content management, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of experience in managing a team with a record of growing SEO. Excellent written and verbal English communication. Deep understanding of on-page and technical SEO and is comfortable working in cross-functional teams in a fast-growing environment. Strong hands-on experience in content writing and SEO strategy management. Highly analytical and capable of extracting valuable insights from data to drive continuous improvements and optimization. Able to conduct strategic planning with key leaders and stakeholders. Strong project management execution skills - experience working with or leading teams on complex projects with deadlines. A confident leader and communicator with the team and key stakeholders. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Hands-on experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Amplitude, Google Search Console, AHREFS). Hands-on experience with WordPress EditorKnowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms. Strong decision-making skills. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
