Opportunities: Monthly Base Pay: 30,000 - 40,000 Php 13th-month salary - pro-rated upon completion of 3 months probationary 28 days of paid leave HMO - upon completion of 3 months probationary Fulltime Work from Home Dayshift - Australian timezone About the Role We are seeking someone highly motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must work well in a team environment. Duties and Responsibilities Liaising with lenders to ensure settlements happen on time, including the follow-up on post-approval settlement conditions (Payout figures for secured and unsecured debts, insurance, booking in settlements). Coordinate with solicitors to carry out accurate settlement instructions Liaise with external parties (SMSF Agencies) and stakeholders. Update and inform clients of their settlement status. Coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction to ensure all documentation are ready for settlement. Delivering timely and accurate completion of settlements with a high-volume caseload Essential Requirement Minimum 1-2 years experience in Australian HOME LOAN processing, and documentation from an Australian mortgage broker or bank Must have excellent communication skills General Requirements Min. Bachelor’s degree Proven experience in banking documentation in home loan compliance. Proven experience in End-to-End application process: Application lodgment to Settlement Core settlement experience would be preferable but not mandatory Knowledgeable with Infinity, Apply Online, and HubSpot.
