Responsibilities: Manage the company's post-sales service operations in international markets, including providing technical guidance and support to distributors. Provide after-sales service to customers in international markets, including troubleshooting, on-site repair, equipment calibration, installation, and training. Participate in the development of after-sales service plans and processes for international markets and continuously optimize the company’s after-sales service system. Collect and analyze after-sales service demands in overseas markets, provide market feedback and suggestions. Collaborate with other departments within the company to carry out related work. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in after-sales service, familiar with after-sales service processes, and capable of handling after-sales service issues independently. Associate degree or higher in Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, or related fields. Candidates who can be stationed overseas (foreign nationals or overseas Chinese preferred) and are adaptable to global travel are preferred. Proficient in using tools and skills for repairing electrical, mechanical, and automation equipment. 4 Excellent communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively communicate and cooperate with overseas clients and distributors.
