Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our team. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening applicants, conducting initial interviews, and selecting qualified candidates to contribute to project success. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing : Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination : Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates, evaluating their suitability for specific roles. Candidate Selection : Collaborate with hiring managers to select candidates who align with project requirements and team dynamics. Talent Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Recruitment Metrics : Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment processes. Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process. Candidate Experience : Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates, from initial contact to onboarding. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver timely solutions. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on recruitment best practices, trends, and technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes. Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role in the BPO industry. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selection. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter). Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent to support business objectives.
